| Meaning of troop badge: |
| The yellow coloured full moon placed in the black colour background symbolises the strength, preservance and hope of the Honet Scouts when faced with difficulities and that we shall always do our best in overcoming the problem. |
| The red colour tent represents our exciting scout activities. Red colour is chosen as to signifies pervading and everlasting, the universal brotherhood and the equality of man. |
| The Scout emblem stands for the brotherhood of scouting around the world. |
| Our troop name “HORNET” is placed below in a contrasting white stands for purity and virtue. |
